Easy Steps to Banish Negative Energies from your Home

Many of us have experienced to perceive as if there was something strange in our environment, as if something was "wrong", causing us that feeling of discomfort, which we don't know how to define or what to associate with, but which we hear loud and clear.

Trust your intuitions! If you feel it, it means that something in the house has actually changed, and often in a very simple way this is what many refer to as "negative energies".

Where do these energies come from? They usually have different sources and origins and almost never they are linked only to a single object or person.

Negativity can be emanated by a person who lives in the house, or even who simply stays in it for a moment, and thus can be transported from the outside to the house, where it then stagnates until it is eliminated.

The same reaction can also be caused by a particular object, which perhaps previously belonged to another person and therefore has absorbed the entire emotional baggage linked to the previous owner.

If the harmful energy is not removed it can feed itself and grow, causing disharmony and discontent among those who share the same environment which, afflicted by these negative vibrations, will emanate others, worsening the situation.

The Autumn Equinox is just passed, this is an ideal time to get rid of everything you do not want, including energies, I will explain here below some methods to carry out a thorough energetic cleansing, of our environment, including ourselves.

However, remember that these methodologies can be used whenever you feel the need, they are therefore not linked only to this time of year and have no expiration date.

HOUSE CLEANING

The first thing to do in these cases is to physically clean the environment in which we live, since energy can nestle in every corner of the house and certainly dust and dirt do not help in eliminating all its traces. First of all, look around and eliminate everything you don't need: that dress you haven't worn for 3-4 years, that cracked cup at the bottom of the shelf, that book you have already read and didn't like; collect items in a box, give them away or take some items to a flea market, throw away the unusable ones! (please, recycle as much as possible!)

Now that you have cleared some space in your environment, clean it thoroughly: use natural cleansers with essential oils that will help release positive vibrations (I personally recommend Eucalyptus, Lemon and Mint).

Once you have tidied up and cleaned your house it will be easier for you to keep it that way.

JARS WITH SALT

Collect a few jars with lids or bowls of more or less the same size, you will need at least one for each room in the house (if a room is very large and you feel the need to use two, do it.)

Add a generous handful of salt to each of them, then fill them with fresh water. Now, place them in every room of the house, preferably in the corners and somewhere not too visible. If you have pets at home, make sure that they cannot reach them or choose glass jars that can be closed, in this way they will not cause damage to your things or to the health of your furry pets.

The salt contained in the water will exorcise the negative energies present, dissipating them in the water, and will also ensure that no new ones are formed.

When you feel that your containers are "saturated" simply throw the contents down the sink, wash them well and fill them again with fresh water and salt.

Remember that you can also use salt to purify yourself by adding it to your bath water.

FUMIGATIONS

A very powerful tool for the purification of the environment are herbs for fumigations.

This practice consists in the use of dried aromatic herbs, collected in bunches and burned with incense or crumbled over a charcoal.

This is a very ancient methodology, since immemorial time it has been used in many cultures especially to purify the places where magical or shamanic celebrations are practiced.

it is necessary to make a note here:

on the web market and in holistic shops there are some herbs ready to use for this purpose, especially White Sage and Palo Santo. These plants are part of millenary traditions still active today, they belong to cultures that are still very alive and practiced by specific populations.

Unfortunately, due to a consumerist conception introduced by some New Age doctrines, these plants are now harvested without respecting their natural life cycle with the sole purpose of making money. A real cultural appropriation that make them became protected species at risk of extinction.

There are multitudes of aromatic plants that can be used for this purpose, the best thing to do in fact would be to personally collect the typical plants of your territory, which therefore belong to your own culture, carefully selecting them based on what we want to achieve. For example, the same result can be obtained using Sage, Rosemary, Rose petals or Basil leaves. (Be careful not to pick poisonous plants!)

If you really don't want to give up fumigation with White Sage or Palo Santo, there are companies that cultivate these plants in full respect of the cycles of nature and that, on the contrary, contribute to reforestation in the plundered territories. Get informed and buy only from ethical companies who will provide you with a clear certification.

Returning to us, fumigation consists in filling every room in the house with the smoke of aromatic herbs, literally visualizing the negative energy that dissolves. Take advantage of this practice to direct the smoke also towards yourself and meditate for a few minutes. Then open all the windows and let the air change completely. As I told you, you can use bunches of dried herbs, lit at the top like an incense stick (the so-called "smudge"), or you can prepare a mixture of herbs and powdered resins to burn on a charcoal.

SPRAY WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

In some situations fumigation can be difficult as not all people / animals can tolerate it.

You can solve this problem by creating a customized spray mixture to vaporize in the rooms whenever you feel the need.

I leave you my personal recipe below, but feel free to modify it to your according to your intuition:

Ingredients:

- Spray vaporizer, at least 100ml

- Hyaline quartz or rose quartz (just the right size to fit into the container)

- Alcohol for liqueurs or pure Vodka

- 9 drops of Neroli essential oil

- 9 drops of Lemon essential oil

- 9 drops of Orange essential oil

- Three grains of salt

Put all the ingredients in the spray vaporizer and use the mixture in every room, if you wish you can also use it on yourself and your clothes (Warning: some essential oils can cause allergic reactions).

MANTRA

Music can be an ideal remedy to clean up the energy in the home, it is suitable for anyone but especially for those who live with people who may not tolerate the smell of incense well or if you do not want to reveal your spirituality to others.

If you have it you can use the Tibetan bell or some other musical instrument that produces relaxing sounds, otherwise on the internet you will find a myriad of specially created songs.

I personally recommend Mantras or harmonic frequency music, which you can play as a pleasant background music while you do something else.

Below is one of my favorites:

These that I have listed are the main methods of purification that I use in my daily practice, personally I find them very effective and I am sure that even less experienced people will undoubtedly perceive the energetic swich that happens immediately after using them.

There are many others, perhaps a little more specific, but which I will explain better in other articles.

I would like to conclude by leaving you some advice, perhaps trivial, but which I think are really useful for not falling back into the old patterns, allowing negativity to return to our lives.

  • Protect yourself as much as possible: it seems obvious but it is not; how often do we continue to hang out with people we know are clearly negative for us? Learn to set boundaries, take your distance and, if for various reasons you can't avoid them, agree to do it only when you are at your full strength and cleanse the environment up immediately afterwards.
  • Learn to say no: Some people take advantage of our empathy, behaving like real psychic vampires. If you don't feel like doing something, say it, don't be afraid to deny something to someone, don't dissipate your energy if you already feel tried.
  • Work on yourself: if you are the first one to focus every day on negative thoughts, it is useless to work on the home environment, the negativity will keep coming back. Concentrate to change your way of thinking, meditate, do Yoga, help yourself with anything that allows you to change your mindset.
  • Crystals and Plants: Everything that comes from the earth keeps its positive vibrations. Decorate the room where you spend the most time with plants and crystals, plants in particular improve the air quality and give the environment a sense of serenity, plus they are also beautiful to look at!
  • Visualization: this is a method that I could define as "emergency" to cleanse the energies of the place where we are (or of ourselves or of an object), it is a practice that we can use in moments when we have no possibility to use other equipment, perhaps because we are in a hotel or with people to whom we do not want to reveal our spiritual side, but we are perceiving energies that make us uncomfortable. Close your eyes and visualize for a few seconds the room, the person or the object slowly being enveloped in a golden light, which dissipates every dark corners.

Seed Bombs - A small revolution in our hands

Ostara has passed, bringing with the arrival of spring and our rebirth in the light after the long night. Unfortunately, even Nature herself is searching for the light in the dark: the fight against climate change. Here is a small, easy and fun way to help Mother Earth.

If you're already familiar with Guerrilla Gardening, you already know what I'm talking about. The Seed Bombs are nothing but dried clay balls, in which seeds of native plants are inserted. Given the modest dimensions and the spherical shape, the Seed Bombs are ideal for being dropped into the ground: they can be thrown, rolled or even pulled with a sling! The rain will then activate the dormant seeds, inside the fertile clay, and nature will do the rest.

Apparently it was a method already known and used in Ancient Egypt, to reconstruct the crops after the Nile floods. Today's use of the Seed Bombs is more than anything a way to increase the population, now dangerously at risk of extinction, of precious pollinating insects such as bees and butterflies. They can be planted in flower beds, railway lines, stations, parking lots, construction sites ... wherever there is a bit of land and a need of greenery!

The Seed Bombs became popular during the 1970s, thanks to the pacifist movements and the talks of the conservation of the environment: flowers and trees were planted in the cities, as a sign of protest against the expansion of cement. The increase in plants on city soil served to encourage the reproduction of local fauna, reduce air pollution and even provide a zero kilometer food source! (For example, you can very well grow tomatoes even on the windowsill of a city apartment).

Below a simple guide on how to create your own Seed Bombs.

You will need:
  • Meadow flower seeds or seeds collected from the garden.
  • Peat-free compost.
  • Water.
  • Powdered clay (found in craft shops).
  • Mixing bowl.

Creating your seed bomb:
  • In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of seeds with 5 cups of compost and 2-3 cups of clay powder (you could use clay soil instead if you have it).
  • Slowly mix in water with your hands until everything sticks together.
  • Roll the mixture into firm balls.
  • Leave the balls to dry in a sunny spot.
  • Now for the fun bit! Plant your seed bombs by throwing them at bare parts of the garden and wait to see what pops up!
  • Extra bit: you can charge the seed bombs with your intent and/or putting sigils in them, in order to create spells to heal the Earth at the same time.

Have fun and bright rebirth!

The Candle: a Magical Tool

The candle is one of the basic tools for anyone who decides to embark on a magical journey. It is a tool that can be easily purchased or crafted but it is no less powerful than others, if used in the right way. We can say that it is a complete magical object, as it represents all four elements: the wax can be associated with the element of Water, the flame with the Fire, the wick with the Earth and the oxygen - necessary to start the fire - with the Air.

First of all, which candle do we choose?

CandleThose commonly found in the shops are made with paraffin, which can be used if we cannot find other types, but for important rituals I suggest to produce your own candles with naturally derived waxes, such as beeswax, vegetable stearin, carnauba wax or candelilla wax.
Why? These materials, as well as being environmentally friendly and respectful towards Mother Earth, have their own energy and high vibrations. The bee has always been considered a sacred animal linked to the sun, and the plants, (producing the other types of wax) feed on sunlight to survive.

In addition, by producing our candles, we have the opportunity to decide the colour, add the most suitable fragrance for the purpose of our ritual, add herbs and spices to the mixture, and last but not least, we can infuse our energy at all stages of production. In this way the candle is no longer an accessory to be used during a ritual, but a real tool that can channel the energy in the right direction.

However, it is not always possible to make our own candles, as the process requires time and effort; in this case we can buy vegetable candles.
If we do, since no one knows which kind of energies got into contact with the candles we buy, it is advisable to purify them through the use of oils and incense.

The candles can be in different colours, each one of them radiates a certain type of vibration that will influence the channeling of energy in our ritual, therefore we must accurately choose it.

The colour choice, influencing our body (and consequentially the ritual function), has been known since ancient times. The ancient Egyptians used to paint the walls of healing places and temples with well-selected colours, each one had a precise vibration and a magical potential, “magical” meaning the original energy of the universe, the spark that created everything. For example, Yellow is the solar colour par excellence, associated with male deities and immortality, Blue is the colour of fertility, along with Black corresponding to the night and death, but also to rebirth because it was the colour of the silt of the river Nile: a dark substance that rendered the land fertile and arable; Red, however, was the colour of blood, death as it represented the red sands of the desert (which was considered the land of the deads, the “West”), but also of anger and victory in war. The Egyptians, after winning a battle, painted their bodies with red ocher and wore with jewelry made of carnelian, a dark red stone.

The Greeks instead associated the colours to the four elements (air, fire, water and earth) and the latter to the four "humours" or body fluids (blood, red, bile, yellow, phlegm, white, and black, bile), generated by the four main organs (spleen, heart, liver and brain). The balance of all these elements corresponded to health, the imbalance corresponded to the disease, and the disease was cured also using the corresponding colours.

In India, the Ayurvedic tradition always associated the colours to our subtle energy centres: the chakras. The colours were used both to treat diseases and for spiritual motivation.

Let's see then how the colours of the candles, and their vibrations affect our spirit and our mind:

BLACK CANDLE

black Candle

The most evocative one, contrary to what a person not accustomed to magic might think, Black has no negative or evil connotation.
The black candle is, in fact, recommended for all types of ritual because Black absorbs all the negative vibrations; it is a protective colour, which acts as a screen and sends the harmful energies back to the sender. It is a colour that hides, so it can be used to discover hidden things. Black contains all the colours of the spectrum, it absorbs them, making it in this way the most powerful colour and, at the same time, the most versatile one. In the rituals of destruction, it gives a slow strain rather than a fast attack. It can be used to bring discord and confusion to the enemy.
It is the colour linked to Saturn, so it is advisable to use it on Saturday, the day dedicated this God, otherwise during the waning moon phase.
Black is also the alchemical Nigredo, the philosopher's stone that can transform matter, so it is a great colour for new beginnings. It is also suited for communication with the world of spirits and entities.

Element: Earth.
Sign: Capricorn.
Planet: Saturn.
Chakra: Muladhara, Root Chakra.
Day of the week: Saturday.

WHITE CANDLE

White Candle

White is usually associated with purity and goodness, in fact it is the colour of the clothes of the priestesses and virgin brides, but it is also associated with death in many cultures.
It represents the alchemical Albedo, the next step after the Nigredo in the Great Work: the stage where the formless black mass is cleansed, washing away the impurities. In chemistry it can be compared to distillation, and, spiritually speaking, it is a metaphor for the purified soul getting rid of its worldly shell.
White is a mixture of all colours of the spectrum and reflects them so hence it reflects all their energy, expanding it. It can be used as a colour to amplifiy the energy that we use.

Element: Ether.
Star Sign: Aquarius.
Planet: Moon.
Chakra: Ajna, sixth chakra, the Third Eye.
Day of the week: Monday.

RED CANDLE

red candle

Red is the colour of blood, the first colour ever used by manhood in paintings: it was sprinkled on the face of the deads, as if to give them back a healthy and vital complexion, it was also used as war paint .
It is an ambivalent colour, recalling life, flames, associated with many gods, but also it is the coulour of blood, war and death.
According to Christian tradition, Red has an evil connotation, associated with the Goddess Lilith, the "whore of Babylon" (in fact we still think that Red is the colour of prostitutes and seduction) and the devil. Animals with red fur like foxes or women with red hair were considered malignant.
In alchemy Red is the "Rubedo", the last stage of the Great Work. If the Nigredo represents the putrefaction and the Albedo the distillation, Rubedo represents the sublimation of matter through the spirit. It is considered the intermediate colour between black and white, so it represents the union of the opposites.
In magic, Red is the colour of love and passion, perhaps because of its classical conception linked to eros.
It is undoubtedly a colour that leads to amplifie and expand our energy, acting on impulse and strength, it can then be used to enhance our rituals.
In ritual magic, depending on the shade of the red chosen, it will be possible to attribute a particular power: a bright and vivid red is linked to carnality, strength, vigour, blood, passion and seduction; while dark red is used mainly for black magic rituals to exert a stronger and fast effect.

Element: Fire.
Star Sign: Light - Aries, Dark - Scorpio.
Planet: Mars.
Chakra: Muladhara, Root Chakra.
Day of the week: Tuesday.

BLUE CANDLE

blue candle

Blue is a colour always used in magic, due to its high spiritual potential. It is the exact opposite of Red (masculine): Blue is the representation of the sacred femminine, water, energy that is absorbed from the outside inwards and retained.
It promotes communication, healing, peace. Its energy stimulates the activity of the spirit, creativity, inspiration, calmness and patience, it is the colour of the infinite clear sky and of the vast depths of the ocean. It is used in many divine representations, like the colour of Krishna's skin or coat of the Odin.
Assyrian-Babylonian amulets were often forged with lapis lazuli, as this blue stone attracts and deflects the negative energies from the wearer, absording them within.
Similarly, in magic, it can be used to attract energies that we want to obtain, as luck or love, or to cancel the effects of the evil eye and diseases.
Blue candles are used in rituals to ward off all forms of evil, to invoke good fortune and to cure diseases.

Element: Water.
Star Sign: Pisces.
Planet: Jupiter.
Chakra: Vishuddah, the fifth chakra.
Day of the week: Thursday.

YELLOW / GOLD CANDLE

candle yellow gold

The colour Yellow governs everything associated with our mind: it helps improving concentration, study, communication, creativity and all activities related to the left hemisphere of the brain. It is a colour that has always been associated with the sun and consequentially to the sacred masculine, a symbol of enlightenment and knowledge.
Its vibrations can amplify our ability to do astral travel (combined with Purple). In black magic rituals,Yellow stands for sickness, infidelity, lack of consistency and folly.
This colour works on the Throat Chakra and the Solar Chakra, respectively, for work on knowledge or willpower. It is the colour of sulfur and therefore it is related to the god Mercury.
In alchemy, it represents the phase of Citrinas, the stage of healing and consolidation; the combustion becoming incandescence, and then the transformation of matter.
Using a golden candle, we are going to amplify some sides linked to the divine as seen with the colour Yellow, Gold is a suitable colour for communication with the Gods.

Element: Air.
Star Sign: Gemini.
Planet: Mercury.
Chakra: Manipura, the third chakra.
Day of week: Wednesday.

PURPLE CANDLE

purple candle

Purple is a very powerful colour, it reflects the mystique and pure essence of magic. It is used to amplify our psychic abilities, our wisdom, meditations, to get in touch with the spirit world and our higher self.
It is a colour that draws energy from our Third Eye, the sixth chakra. All the activities linked with the colour Purple are more likely to be successful if carried out during the full moon.
Chromatically talking, Purple comes from the blending of Blue (femminine and attraction) and Red (masculine, power), in alchemy it represents the union of opposites, the androgynous.
In black magic, Purple causes abuse, extreme power, tyranny, sadness and treachery.

Element: Fire.
Star Sign: Sagittarius.
Planet: Moon - Jupiter.
Chakra: Ajna, the sixth chakra, the Third Eye.
Day of the week: Monday - Thursday

GREEN CANDLE

green candle

The Green colour is formed by the union between Yellow (sun, gold) and Blue (attraction), so it is suitable to use in all those rituals for luck and prosperity. It is also the colour of vegetation; along with Brown, it is used for green magic and to communicate with the spirits of nature. Plants become green, sprouting after the apparent death of winter; in some alchemical texts, this step is called "Viriditas" and follows the "Nigredo". It symbolizes rebirth, sprout.
Green is used in spells for growth, healing, attraction and success. While Red affects the  "passionate" side of the amorous sphere, Green influences the “practical” side of the relationship, loyalty, balance.
It is used in black magic to cause illness, greed and jealousy.
It is the colour that rules the Heart Chakra and all the healing energies; it is linked to the planet Venus, so it is recommended to use it on Friday.

Element: Earth.
Sign: Taurus.
Planet: Venus.
Chakra: Anahata, the fourth chakra, the heart chakra.
Day of the week: Friday.

ORANGE CANDLE

orange candle

Orange is a colour formed by Yellow (mind) and Red (spirit), so this colour is suited for spiritual communication, its vibration makes concrete our messages and emotions. Orange helps our creativity to take shape and become matter, it translates our inspirations into tangible products and it does the same with our feelings. It is the right colour to use in creative processes and to enhance our sexuality.
It gives us enthusiasm, zest for life and vital energy; it attracts luck by giving us a way to put into action our will. It can also be used to derive lust and sexual pleasure in other people.

Element: Fire.
Sign: Leo.
Planet: Sun.
Chakra: Svadhisthana, the second chakra.
Day of the week: Sunday.

BROWN CANDLE

candle brown

It is the colour that represents the earth, so the physical body, everything that is related to the worldly plan.
It is obtained by blending Red, Yellow and Blue; thus it contains within itself the mind, body and spirit: our whole being.
Brown is perfect to communicate with the spirits of the earth and the forest (along with Green), to work with nature and to seek magically stability and solidity; suitable for those who want to get their feet on the ground.
Binding us closer to our physical body and our grounded side, however, we are going to feed less our spiritual side; it is advisable to use this colour only in certain situation and match it to other colours to counter balance. It can be used in black magic to cause sadness. At the same time, it neutralizes malicious forces and it is linked to material goods.

Element: Earth.
Star Sign: Virgo.
Planet: Mercury.
Chakra: Chakra of the Feet.
Day of week: Wednesday.

GRAY / SILVER CANDLE

gray candle

It is a difficult colour to use as it has the same characteristics of White and Black, containing them both. It represents the union of opposites: visible and invisible, matter and spirit, light and shadow; it is the colour of the spirits who are between life and death.
It has changing vibrations, for this reason it is unstable to use. It is used in black magic to instill chaos and disorder in the target.
If we want to use the positive sides of Gray, it is advisable to use silver candles. Silver has the same features of Gray, but it shines in the darkness, so it can help to overcome challenges, illness, indecision and to get what we want.
It is like a mirror, so it reflects what we really are and forces us to face us; it does the same with the other colours, doubling their power, and it reflects malevolent energies to the sender.

Element: Water.
Star Sign: Cancer.
Planet: Moon.
Chakra: Visuddah, the fifth chakra.
Day of the week: Monday.

Ritual Bath: Purifying Our Energies.

Today we can adrmire the first moon cycle of the year, a full moon under the influence of Cancer.

Cancer, being a water sign, is strongly linked to emotions and so it is this full moon: it is a full moon that highlights your emotional state, a dip in the deepest abyss of your unconscious.

So it is important to remember that, if certain situations can seem overwhelming and you feel like drowning, you have to let it go and let yourself to be lulled by the healing powers of water and carried away by the tide.

Also do not forget that Imbolc is approaching: the Earth under the ice sheet begins to awaken to the beat of Her burning heart. Imbolc is the time when the Light wins over Darkness, raising from the bowels of Mother Earth.

Isn't there a better time to purify ourselves and make room for the new? A great way to regenerate our energies, both physical and spiritual, is having a purifying bath, a method practiced since the dawn of time to get rid of unwanted psychic residues.

Flavour your hot water with five drops of rosemary essential oil , coarse salt and a teaspoon of honey. Surround yourself with candles, crystals and incense if you wish ... the important thing is to create your own sacred space, outside the world and time. It is recommended to turn off phones and any other electronic object, in order to do not to be distracted and absorb the energy and intimacy of the moment.

Let yourself be lulled by the waters, recreating the womb of Mother Earth. Let Her heal your wounds, your concerns; allow the water to absorb and transform  your energies... once finished your bath, be reborn in the light, cleansed of all residual energy.

Happy Lunation.

The Beauty of Dawn

This 2016, as mentioned in my previous post, it was a static year. A year in which I was the office worker, I was the girl in love, a devoted daughter, a friend and a sister traveling. I was a lot of things, but I was not one witch alone with herself.

I participated in several esoteric activities: I went to Glastonbury for Samhain, I went to Witchfest, I began my magical year at Yule 2015 inside Stonehenge, I celebrated the sabbats and esbats with my Sisters. From this point of view, I have empowered my Soul a lot. But something was missing: the spark of the early days, when the air was imbued with magic.

What I intend to do this year it will be discovering myself esoterically, one thing that I didn't have enough time to do in the most recent months. I need a spiritual rebirth, which I am developing with my magic routine.

There is nothing better than a fresh start to get rid of stale air of a fruitless year. To me the beginning of a new year is something magical, that charges me with tis unique energy.

This morning, I felt the first signs in a special time of the day: the dawn. I am an unusual witch, I work mainly with solar energy. The sunset and sunrise are the moments when I feel the subtle energies lingering, when all the material world stands still with bated breath.

While the sunset is a sight that probably we often admire; the dawn of a new day is known to few. As the morning is often a frenetic time of the day, unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to admire its beauty as we should.

The moment when the world still wakes up from the lethargy of the night and slowly starts to dive back into the frenzy of everyday life; a moment still soaked in dreams, warmth and hope.

Sunrise
I found myself on the beach, painted in pastel pink of the sky and the reflections of the low tide. The sharp air of January and the healing power of Water embraced me, tearing shreds of the past and making space for new energy. I felt truly connected with nature, which had not happened for a long time, observing the dawn full of promise. I prayed and walked a long, filling my lungs of salt and cold air but also my heart of warm gratitude.

Once back home, once warmed up with a cuddle of my cat, I did spell that I made last year  and I intend to become a small tradition.

Needed material:
  •        A wooden box or made of other material (it must not be transparent)
  •        An empty vial or small bottle (it must be contained in the box)
  •        Propitiatory (herbs, crystals or trinkets that may have special meaning to you)
  •        Incense

First purify your box with fumigation of incense, after that also purify  the items that you intend put in the box.
Open the vial, let the fumigation of the incense filling it and focus on what you want to achieve during the year just begun.
Once done, exhale into the vial and close it.
Put it in the box, visualising your desire safe in the box and close  it until next year when you reopen!
A prosperous 2017 to all!
