5th of June, Full Moon in Sagittarius: Act!

Tonight, the Moon will be full under the sign of Sagittarius.

It will be a very special moon as it will be obscured by a 15º penumbral eclipse in Sagittarius.

Eclipses usually move hidden energies, they function like portals that open, lift the veil and force us to see what has been hidden from our eyes, distinguishing what is false and what is true; you will probably feel overwhelmed by these powerful cosmic movements but be ready and alert and use the energy of Sagittarius which will infuse you with the necessary optimism to face anything that will come out.

This lunation tests all our certainties, it pushes us to ask ourselves questions about what is going on in the world, to investigate what is real, it involves us all in one collective consciousness, making us aware of the fact that our current way of living is no longer sustainable for the planet.

It is important for us now to take note of the actions we are taking, both as an individual and as a "society", to put aside shame or guilt and act! To act now by changing what has so far represented the dark side of mankind, remedying errors and building new structures to allow better functioning, preventing us from going back. We have a very complex sky over us and many of the actions that humanity will perform in the coming days will have repercussions over time.

Sagittarius is the third fire sign in the zodiac wheel, it is the most spiritual sign, it represents the archetype of the philosopher, the traveler intended as the one who travels with the mind, developing new ideas, discovering truth, enriching one's knowledge and own culture. Now that, for most of us, the restrictions on our movements are easing, we are ready to get out of the shell of introspection that we had created to finally clearly analyze the contribution that we can leave to the rest of the world.

Tonight's Moon will form a quadrature with Venus (in retrograde motion in Gemini), Mars and Neptune, the unconscious collides with our love and passionate life, tensions will be possible but we will have all the tools to analyze in the detail our relationships and evaluate them.

Between Saturn (also in retrograde motion) and Pluto, planets that we know are engaged in a very special dance of conjunction and that will bring changes and epochal turning points to our generation, we find Jupiter, a planet that will bring further expansion to this type of energy, extremely amplifying our perceptions. Many of us will easily feel overstimulated and under pressure, so it is appropriate to channel this intensity to a higher purpose.

The divinity that best represents this lunation is the Egyptian Goddess Maat. Goddess of justice and freedom, inspirer of high and noble ideals, She represents the archetype of harmony, order and law that dominate over chaos. Her task was to use the feather found on her head to weigh the souls of the dead who arrive in the Duat, the Egyptian underworld, determining whether the deceased had the right or not to reach the afterlife.
